The office of Physical Plant is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the University’s physical facilities, grounds and utilities.  Essentially, our focus is building maintenance, maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, repairs, alternations, custodial services and associated activities. Physical Plant is also responsible for capital improvement projects, construction, operation and maintenance of the campus utility system, engineering support.  Our team is accountable for the maintenance of campus roads, landscaping, grounds, building inventory and vehicle maintenance.
