This documentation allows adult sponsors and fair coordinators to ensure safe and ethical research. Students should note the difference between rules and required paperwork. Even if the correct forms are signed, if procedures or practices violate Intel International Science and Engineering Fair rules, students cannot compete at the regional fair.
